    The Infrastructure fund invests in a comprehensive range of infrastructure assets, key to the populations, focusing in particular on energy (gas, electricity and renewable energy), transport (rail, road and airports) and other public infrastructure (health, environmental). The Infrastructure team works closely both with major international industrial, utility and construction companies, as well as infrastructure operators and with public authorities, as partners, clients or key stakeholders.

    Job Description: 

    The new Infrastructure Investment Manager will be based in the Santiago office, but will be part of a global Infrastructure team of 50 professionals. Accordingly, he/she will have the opportunity to work with team members from different offices and might need to spend time abroad, in particular in New York, Paris and/or Madrid.

    His/her tasks will be linked with all the activities specific to the Infrastructure funds:

    • Build/supervise infrastructure valuation models and companies’/projects’ financial analyses
    • Draft and analyze companies’ valuations
    • Work with deal team members on transaction structuring aspects
    • Collaborate in the completion of investment support memos (2-pagers, investment committees’ memorandums)
    • Be the main point of contact to other teams within the Fund  for internal reporting purpose
    • Produce various documents in collaboration with analysts for: Internal reporting, Advisory Boards and Annual General Meetings, Client reporting & meetings and Fundraising
    • Assist senior deal team members during the due diligence process
    • Competencies: Rigor, Motivation, Autonomy, Reactivity, Team spirit and great communication skills, Efficiency, Profile
    • Fluent in English
    • Graduate from a top Engineering or Business school
    • Experience in M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance
    • Ideally 2 years of comparable PE experience
    • Atleast 3 years of relevant M&A experience
    • (Generally 6 Years maximum experience all in)
    • Proven proficiency in Excel

    Qualifications will include:

    • Industry knowledge renewables and thermal power in general would be an advantage as would be prior exposure to International transactions 
    • Fluency in Spanish would be a plus
    • Willingness to travel, 25% travel to the latam regions.
