ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Talent Acquisition Manager, ideally with Portuguese, to lead recruitment strategy and execution across Latin America for a leading multinational in the financial and technology sector.

This is a remote role, preferably based in Latin America, responsible for partnering with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Optimize sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes through data-driven insights.
- Strengthen employer branding and ensure diversity and compliance in hiring.
- Advise business leaders on market trends, compensation, and workforce planning.


Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 6–8 years of recruitment experience, including 2 years in management.
- Proven success leading hiring initiatives across multiple Latin American markets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred.
- Self-driven, strategic, and collaborative professional comfortable working remotely.
