ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead post-acquisition integration processes across multiple geographies. This role is critical in ensuring that acquired companies and assets are seamlessly integrated, operational risks are minimized, and strategic synergies are effectively captured.
The position plays a key role in maximizing long-term value creation and ensuring business continuity following M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive post-acquisition integration plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead Day 1 readiness and critical transition activities to ensure operational continuity post-closing.
- Identify and prioritize key functional areas requiring immediate attention, including processes, systems, technology, human resources, and culture.
- Drive synergy capture initiatives and track performance against defined KPIs.
- Partner with business leaders to implement corrective actions when financial or operational targets are at risk.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external advisors (consultants, legal, auditors, etc.) throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Oversee organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, structures, and policies.
- Monitor integration progress over time to ensure that projected deal benefits and value creation targets are achieved.
- Provide visibility and reporting to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and overall integration performance.
- Reporting Line
- Reports to the Head of Investments & IMO and oversees a Senior IMO Analyst.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business or Integration Management preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, and/or mergers & acquisitions
- Previous hands-on experience in post-acquisition integration management strongly preferred
