ABOUT THE ROLE
Position Summary:
Our Client seeks a Senior Associate to join its high-performing M&A advisory team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions across Mexico and Latin America, with direct client exposure and senior-level responsibility from day one.
Candidate Profile:
Required:
- 4–6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or transaction services (Big 4 or boutique)
- Strong modeling and analytical skills
- Transaction execution experience (deal sheet available)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Based in or open to relocating to Mexico City
Preferred:
- Experience in cross-border transactions
- Knowledge of energy, infrastructure, consumer, or financial sectors
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
