ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a growing investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Analyst (Analyst I or II) to join its team in Santiago. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with two senior investors, gaining hands-on exposure to the full investment cycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting portfolio management. This position is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional interested in building a long-term career in private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and return analyses for potential investments.
- Support due diligence processes, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial review of target companies.
- Assist in preparing investment memos and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to strategic and financial analyses for value creation initiatives.
- Participate in deal sourcing efforts by tracking market trends and identifying attractive sectors or opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the senior investment team throughout all stages of the transaction process.
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English required.
