ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client’s DCM group serves the needs of emerging growth companies in the U.S. as well as emerging markets. The team works closely with both the investment banking and sales and trading teams to raise debt capital from sophisticated investors in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
In addition, they have significant retail distribution capabilities to their network of high-net-worth individuals.
This DCM team provides tailored financing plans to a broad range of issuer clients to find the optimal solution for their debt capital needs through creative credit structures.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advising clients on debt financing strategies ranging from simple bank loans and private placements to multi-billion-dollar capital raisings across the capital spectrum.
Compensation will be competitive. Base salary, bonus, and benefits.
