ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a top PE fund with a strong track record of investing across Latin America. The firm has completed multiple platform investments, has several transactions currently in execution, and is actively preparing to raise its next investment fund. This is an excellent opportunity to join a lean, high-performing investment team at an exciting stage of growth.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, gaining meaningful exposure to transaction execution, financial analysis, portfolio company initiatives, and investment committee materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across Latin America.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios.
- Conduct industry, company, and competitive research.
- Assist with financial and commercial due diligence.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal committees.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout live transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 2–3 years of professional experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or private equity.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Monday through Thursday in the Mexico City office, with remote work on Fridays.
