Position Overview:
We are seeking an Analyst III / Associate I to join our investment team. This individual will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives including M&A, partnerships, capital raising, and portfolio optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a solid foundation in financial modeling, and a genuine interest in investments, agriculture, and emerging markets. The role offers exposure to high-impact transactions across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
Support deal execution and due diligence efforts across various stages of the investment process.
Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
Conduct market research and company analysis to support investment theses.
Prepare internal investment materials and presentations.
Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
Monitor performance of portfolio companies and support value-creation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and strategy.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance/M&A.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Demonstrated interest in agriculture, food systems, and Latin American markets.
Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with or investing in emerging markets.
Familiarity with agricultural commodities, logistics, or food processing.
