The Infrastructure team invests across a diverse range of essential assets that support modern economies, with a focus on energy and utilities (including renewable energy), transportation, and digital infrastructure.
This role offers the opportunity to be based in Santiago while working closely with an international and highly collaborative infrastructure team. You will gain exposure to cross-border transactions and interact regularly with colleagues across multiple regions, contributing to a dynamic and global investment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure Investment Manager will be involved across all stages of the investment lifecycle, including:
- Build and oversee infrastructure valuation models and perform detailed financial analyses of companies and projects.
- Lead and support valuation exercises and investment assessments.
- Collaborate with deal teams on transaction structuring and execution.
- Prepare and contribute to investment materials, including internal memos and investment committee documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal reporting across different teams.
Produce high-quality materials for:
- Internal reporting.
- Advisory Boards and Annual General Meetings.
- Investor reporting and client meetings.
- Fundraising activities.
- Support senior team members throughout the due diligence process.

Profile Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Degree from a top Engineering or Business school.
- Relevant experience in M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
