ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, an important bank in the region, is seeking an experienced Director-level M&A professional to join its team in Caracas.
This is a senior execution role for an investment banker with strong transaction experience who can take ownership of complex M&A processes from initial analysis through closing.

Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic transactions.
- Manage the full transaction process, including valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation support and closing.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
- Coordinate closely with clients, counterparties, legal counsel, accountants and other advisors.
- Manage multiple workstreams and transaction timelines simultaneously.
- Multi-product experience across both investment banking and debt is welcome.
- Review and direct the work of junior team members while remaining actively involved in execution.
- Participate in client discussions and contribute to the development of strategic and transaction recommendations.
- Candidates should be able to manage a transaction from beginning to end and must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
