ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a well established financial institution with a strong regional footprint and international reach across Latin America.
Role:
Reporting to the Head of Investment Banking, you will lead transactions across Panama, Central America and Venezuela as part of one regional team.
• Lead M&A, capital markets and restructuring mandates from start to close.
• Originate and manage senior client relationships across the region.
• Oversee valuation, financial modeling and transaction materials.
• Mentor and develop associates and analysts.
What we're looking for:
• Solid investment banking, M&A or transaction advisory experience, with a track record of closed deals.
• Strong valuation, modeling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Central American, Panamanian or Venezuelan markets.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
• Willingness to be based in Panama City and travel frequently.
