ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is a fully independent financial services firm with operations across the U.S. and LATAM—an organization of over 850 professionals providing Investment Banking, Private Wealth, Asset Management, and Third-Party Distribution services.

They are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to help their Asset Managers expand distribution across client segments. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with MFOs, RIAs, and SFOs, and a successful history of capital raising.

The role involves marketing multiple asset managers’ strategies across traditional and alternative investments, including SMAs, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Private Funds.

The Opportunity:

This is a performance-driven sales role offering a modest base salary with a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure designed to reward top producers.

The ideal Candidate will have the ability to directly influence your earnings through asset growth and client relationships. The compensation package also includes a 401(k) plan and comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement with RIAs, MFOs, and SFOs on behalf of our Clients asset management partners
- Raise assets across existing suite of investment products
- Identify and communicate key investment trends to support new product launches
- Introduce clients to in-house solutions and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Americas generalist sales team

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in asset management sales
- Proven success raising assets from RIAs, MFOs, and SFOs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products
- Series 7 required; 63 and 3 necessary (our Client will sponsor); CFA, CIMA, or CAIA preferred​
