ABOUT THE ROLE
Coverage: U.S. & Latin America
Our client, an international bank with a long-standing and respected presence in Latin America, is seeking a somewhat senior credit structurer to join its New York team.
This front-office role focuses on structuring and executing complex credit transactions across U.S. and LatAm corporates and financial institutions, working closely with origination, risk, and syndications.
Responsibilities:
- Structure bilateral and syndicated credit facilities
- Lead transaction execution from term sheet through documentation
- Prepare and present credit materials to committee
- Partner with coverage and capital markets teams
- Contribute to cross-border transaction strategy
Requirements:
- Significant experience in credit structuring, leveraged finance, or corporate banking
- Experience with cross-border transactions involving Latin America
- Strong credit analysis and documentation skills
- Spanish preferred; Portuguese a plus
- Solid work ethic and ability to operate in an entrepreneurial team
