ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Execute M&A mandates, financial restructuring, company valuations, and corporate finance
solutions within established deadlines, ensuring the highest quality standards and alignment
with client expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and oversee teams of analysts and interns.
- Prepare tailored service proposals based on clients’ needs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the analyst team.
- Lead internal initiatives.
Professional Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in M&A, restructuring, valuations, financing structuring or financial
consulting.
- Proven experience in building financial models, preparing presentation materials, and
presenting results to clients and/or senior executives.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong capabilities in financial statement analysis, M&A execution, and company valuation
methodologies.
