ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment, supporting senior leadership at the highest level of the organization. This role offer direct exposure to strategic decision-making and close collaboration with executive leadership and shareholders.
About the Role:
As part of the corporate finance team, you will act as a key support to the CEO and CFO, actively participating in C-level discussions and contributing across a wide range of business-critical activities. This is a high-visibility position with strong exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the CEO and/or CFO on strategic and financial matters
- Prepare high-level presentations for executive and shareholder meetings
- Conduct financial analysis, research, and modeling to support decision-making
- Coordinate communication between executive leadership, shareholders, and the broader management team
- Participate in C-level and shareholder meetings, contributing insights and supporting materials
- Assist in ongoing business planning and performance tracking
Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
- Background in Investment Banking or Private Equity is strongly preferred
- Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields
- Experience in the mining sector is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
- High level of professionalism, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in high-pressure environments with senior stakeholders
