ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Compensation Senior Manager to design, implement, and oversee total compensation strategies for a leading multinational organization in the financial and technology sector. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of total compensation programs including salary, incentives, equity, and benefits.
- Oversee executive compensation, including preparation of annual filings and proxy-related disclosures.
- Manage long-term incentive and equity programs (RSUs, stock options) and related reporting.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Provide strategic input on compensation frameworks during M&A due diligence and integration.
- Ensure all compensation practices meet regulatory standards (SEC, FLSA, ERISA) and corporate governance.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to align total rewards with business performance and retention goals.


Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation management, including executive and equity compensation.
- Strong understanding of global compensation trends and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and M&A activities.
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
-Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Portuguese a plus.


Location: Remote – preference for candidates based in Latin America.
