ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
A leading investment platform is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Associate to join its growing investment team. This role is ideal for young professionals eager to develop their careers across private equity, real estate, and M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities across private equity, real estate, and corporate acquisitions.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
- Assist in end-to-end due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Prepare investment memorandums, pitch materials, roadshow presentations, and investor communication.
- Participate in fundraising efforts, including developing marketing materials and engaging with investors.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic financial and strategic reports.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic initiatives and project execution.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector as an investment analyst or in a related role.
- Background in M&A, private equity, real estate, or similar areas preferred.
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, fundraising, roadshows, investor pitching, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Based in Mexico City with availability for domestic and international travel.
