1. Infrastructure Analyst
New York, Compensation: Open
Our Client a well established bank with a phenomenal LatAm presence seeks an analyst to support their Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team. The Analyst will support the team conducting credit analysis of both existing clients and new wholesale banking opportunities while helping in the preparation of pitches and special research projects. Specifically, this individual would prepare written and verbal credit analysis, in particular financial modeling, assessment of management, collateral valuations, business trends and competitive positioning.
Prepare project finance models (incorporating price, operating, cash flow, and debt service modules), comp sheets, rating models, RAROC models, and collateral documents. Assist in performance of customer due diligence and the maintenance of market intelligence databases.
Assist in preparing annual credit reviews, process loan modification / amendment requests, track covenant compliance and maintain internal portfolio tracking metrics. Review legal documentation. Oversee maintenance of credit files and loan documentation. Review and assess disbursement requests. Interface with Risk Management and Loan Operations. Prepare periodic pipeline and profitability reports.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable and prior credit-training background preferred.

3. Oil and Gas Associate - NY

Our Client, a well established and regarded Bank seeks an Associate level candidate with experience in the Oil & Gas sector. This position will start in the US but will most likely require the person to eventually relocate to Brazil. Therefore, fluency in Portuguese is critical. The ideal candidate will execute and help originate transactions with oil and gas companies in the Americas, especially in Brazil. Transactions include medium term loans, revolving borrowing banks and mezzanine facilities. Other responsibilities include managing client relationships, analyzing credits, preparing credit applications. The candidate will also be responsible for deal pipeline development and maintenance.
A Bachelors degree is required and fluency in Portuguese is a must. Engineering or Finance background. Knowledge of oil and gas industry preferably gained through direct oil and gas industry work experience or by transacting oil and gas transactions as a banker.
